Oliver Custom Homes is a family-owned custom builder and remodeler in Austin, Texas. We work closely with our clients, their architects, and designers to build beautiful, efficient homes.
We are a member of the Austin Energy Green Building Program, Custom Builders USA, the Home Builder’s Association of Greater Austin, the Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Paul is a certified NAHB Graduate Master Builder.
OUR HISTORY
Oliver Custom Homes was founded in 1985 by Paul Oliver and his brother Matt. Their industry experience began with framing, so they learned the details from the ground up. After 20 years as a sibling-run business, their nephew Adam joined the crew; and in 2016, Paul's daughter Kristy and her husband Dwight came on board.
