Principals:
Oliver Custom Homes is owned and managed by Paul and Matt Oliver, both graduates of Texas A&M University. In 1985, Paul and Matt started the company. They have become known for their quality construction, commitment to energy-efficient green building, and personal attention they give to each client.

At Oliver Custom Homes, our clients demand comprehensive services, including lot evaluation, preliminary construction costs, scheduling information, architect selection and any other aspect of custom home building. Oliver Custom Homes is able to respond aggressively to these needs, minimizing needless costs of both time and money for our clients. Paul and Matt are energetic and resourceful team players, bringing added value to the table as experienced and knowledgeable homebuilders.

Philosophy:
Paul and Matt are members of the Austin Energy Green Building Program and work with various architects in Central Texas that design sustainable, low-maintenance homes. Using these principles, they can build a home that will be more efficient, comfortable for their clients, and have lower upkeep costs. Their philosophy is "One of a kind. One at a time". This means that every home built by Oliver Custom Homes is unique and that every client is given full attention throughout the entire design, construction, and, most importantly, after the house is completed.

Associations:
In addition to the Austin Energy Green Building Program, Oliver Custom Homes are members of Custom Builders USA, Home Builder's Association of Greater Austin, Texas Association of Builders, and the National Association of Home Builders. Matt is a past member of the Board of Directors for the HBA of Greater Austin and is a past Chairman of the HBA's Custom Builder's Council. Paul is a certified NAHB Graduate Master Builder.
